Hi, I'm Kevin

I've been working in the game industry since 2011. I started at Blizzard Entertainment in QA where I worked extensively on Diablo III's Reaper of Souls Expansion. While working there I was lucky enough to become a member of the six-person strike team that built Diablo III’s Goblin Realm zone. I helped with the design of the zone and boss and working that closely with Diablo's design team inspired me to pursue Game Design as a career path.

I have been playing games since Mario and Duck Hunt were released on the NES. My favorite game is Planescape Torment. Torment blew me away with it's story telling, open ended exploration, and world building. One of my goals is to make a game as immersive as Torment.

Recreationally, I enjoy going to escape rooms and playing board games with my friends. We've been as far as Louisiana to try out some world class escape rooms (and some amazing crawfish). Our current go-to board games are Terraforming Mars, Lords of Waterdeep, and Mysterium.

When I am not designing games, I am traveling the world (4 of 7 continents visited), playing D&D, camping, white water rafting, or swimming at the beach. My next trip will most likely be to Australia so I can scuba dive the Great Barrier Reef.
